The door knows who is expected.
Door staff scan a card or open the guest list, then admit the visit. The check is for the club they are working, and only for that visit.
- 01Membership and booking are checked again
- 02A duplicate scan is refused
- 03Undo restores the visit you just made
Who works the door
Door staff can see attendance and check people in. Owners and managers run the club. Only an owner changes who has staff access, and both people need a verified email before access is granted.
What the scan checks
The QR resolves to the member of the selected club. Membership is checked again, and the event booking when the night needs one. A second check-in for the same visit is rejected.
Putting a visit back
Undoing an admission restores that booking. It does not restore a canceled reservation, and it does not change a later admission.
The guest list
Staff can admit a reservation and its full guest party from the list. Canceled, ended, unpublished and externally ticketed events are not admitted here.
In Clubfold
The parts, one by one.
- 01MembershipsClubs set the name, price, interval, benefits and tier. Those terms stay with the membership.
- 02Member cardMembership, tier and entry QR stay together for that club. The in-app card is the pass at the door.
- 03EventsReservations count you and every guest. Capacity includes pending paid checkouts.
- 04MessagesMembers can message their club. Announcement email is opt-in, and clubs have a send limit.
