The reservation
Members reserve upcoming events with their club. Guest places follow the plan. The reservation counts the member and every guest.

Capacity
A published cap includes people already reserved and places held by a pending paid checkout, so the room is not offered twice.

Who can come
Members-only events check that the membership is still active when someone is admitted. Public events can admit a reservation and its guests without a membership.

When a night changes
Canceling an event takes effect immediately, and reservations are cleared afterward. An ended event does not take new admissions. Nights sold on another ticket system stay with that seller.
In Clubfold
The parts, one by one.
